Investment Criteria

Palmetto Capital focuses on making lower middle market private equity investments in partnership with management teams. We have a broad industry focus and are flexible with respect to the type of structure and transaction we can execute. While we are generally the majority investor in our portfolio companies, we will consider growth equity investments or minority equity positions when co-investing with like-minded partners.
